I am also facing same problem.
Yes, there is some AWS issue, and we are trying to get it resolved.

I can’t submit my soultion,it is showing error.
It’s back up now. But it’s not fully fixed yet. We are working on it.
Everything should be back to normal now, including submissions made in that duration.
