Codechef submission link not opening 403 Forbidden Why?

I cannot open codechef submission page. It’s viewing forbidden error. Why is this happening?

Same here. I don’t know what happened though

It’s due to the snackdown 2017 finals.The server is not able to handle so much of traffic.
