Just wanted to know , Is it only me or someone else as well who thinks that nowadays CF Div2 contests are becoming more Adhoc .
P.S.: May be I don’t have enough knowledge as I am new to CF and still a pupil

If the contests are becoming adhoc , what’s wrong in that ?
Nothing is wrong , but the thing is that it is not making people learn new Data structures and Algorithms
