HR asked you to sign a bond? on the spot? or was it just a traditional technique to examine the candidate. I am pretty sure they were just checking if you sign any paper without reading it or not. Did you read what was written on the paper?

i read it whole ,took 5 minutes.
and it was not actually bond but information regarding bond and declaration about my documents.she(hr) asked me to sign the letter.

My interview was on 1st August at noida-62. After the interview the cordinator wrote Digital behind my form, I also asked him whether i am shortlisted for ninja or digital and he replied Digital. Yet here i have received a Ninja Offer. Dont know what is their selection procedure because my interview went really very good.

The result is aggregate of all the 3 rounds(TR,MR,HR). Maybe you missed out on any one.
Same happened with me bro. I’m sad too.
if i get selected in 1st round then i would go for second round and then after third round ,this is the whole process ,and all my interview rounds went really very good.

If I am not wrong Digital profile is introduced this year only, because I have only heard about 3-4 Lac package job (Ninja profile) of TCS from seniors
