What is the meaning of candidate batched in next step??
It is paid at the end of the year. And it is for the freshers after completing 1 year. Later company reviews salary and promotion etc. Don’t know whether retention bonus continues or not.

for first year sure, not confirmation regarding subsequent years.
Probably when one appears for an interview, the status is changed to Candidate Batched, not sure, but from yesterday night, that entry disappeared for me.
Can anyone know what should be preferred location for joining tcs, taking growth as major consideration and better job opportunities too?
