Covid sampling

in the sample test case p is given 2 but if p is two then it means total p*(n*n)/100 people are infected which makes no sense… also in scoring it says “Your goal is to minimise the score of your submission.” so is that means for example 16 points are better than 100

Because N=60 so 2*(60*60)/100 = 72 is the average number of People infected out of 3600 (=60 Multiply 60) on all generated test cases for P=2. But note that Sample Test case is only given to give idea about how interactive Input works and it will not come in any of the actual Test Case.
As for the Scoring consider it as the Cost for Query which we have to minimize so 16 is better than 100.
