I am reaching out again. I tried to reach out last night Feb 13th 2025 about my daily streak. For some reason it did not count the problems that I did yesterday and restarted my daily streak which is a little upsetting since I was already more than halfway to my next badge. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help me fix this problem or situation.
hey @derek1107 , We have verified, you have not made any submission on 13 feb 2025 , which is why your steak got broken on 13.
Hello @harshitacodes I sent an email on the 13th because I did do a submission on feb 13th 2025,
I then noticed the next day that there was a problem with the time zone on my account. It was showing me as UTC +05:00 when I should have been at UTC +01:00 because I am in Berlin Germany. I dont know why my account had the wrong time zone but I did my submission around 9 or 10 pm on the 13th which would have put my submission on the 14th with the wrong time zone.
Is there any way you can have a look at the 14th and see that it is showing my submission at early in the morning because of the wrong time zone on my account? Is there anything that can be done to restore my streak since my account was in the wrong time zone even though I put Germany in my account?
