I have tried to submit a code after a wrong answer for my first code. I could not submit it(It kept saying it could not initialize the IDE), and when it did, it showed the wrong answer. And when today I went to check what went wrong in my code, I saw that only one code was submitted by me(the wrong code I submitted). And when I submitted the second code in practice, it showed the correct answer. What should I do?
