NO there isnt any way to get your old username back . According to codechef policies u cant have account once deleted
If you have your username then once try to login by adding username and click forgot password then you will recieve a mail regarding then you can access your account basically once created a account can’t be deleted. So try this step it helped me when i suffered from the same problem
