No. You will still get rejected if you are an Indian Male + Legendary Grandmaster ,for the google internship test xd. Cutoff is 201 , which you can never achieve even if you are LGM

Here even in IIT we are facing this gender bias hiring from ages. So I am pretty sure about the situation in other colleges and off-campus would be even worse. There is one more thing which needs to be said. See we all know how the competition among engineers for Product Based companies in India is increasing day by day. There is a website for anonymous employee discussion called TeamBlind where you can clearly see that how difficult it is to get a job in Product based companies in India compared to other countries, may be due to the high population. In the US, the only thing required to crack a coding interview is solving some medium Leetcode questions. But here in India people are doing CP for that, and they are not wrong I guess, given the level of questions asked by these companies in India. People are even cramming questions on gfg for clearing the Interviews, so that they know the optimal solutions quickly and I guess this is also due to the growing competition. As if this was not enough, now there is a gender bias in hiring too.

This platform is full of people like him.Everybody tries to help each other but when you get rejected after scoring 200/200 and on the other hand someone with 15/200 is getting selected just because of gender,then a sane person is bound to lose their calm and i think everyone should protest against these unfair policies irrespective of gender.
P.S- Simps must stay away from here

@rajrighta Hey, It’s not at all the fault of girls. Even some girls at my college suffer due to this. Efforts of some well deserving girls are also undermined due to this biased hiring. I hope my comments are not violating community regulations. I know this effects both the gender and probably this will lead to further hatred between genders at the workplace. Like boy will say ki ladki thi isliye ho gaya and girl will say him misogynist. That’s why I am speaking against this gender biased hiring policies.

It’s not just 1 or 2…every company which visits on campus are pre-determined to take atleast 40% of the recruits as girls and now the off campus hires are also going like this.I believe an engineer should be recruited on the basis of skills not on the basis of gender and most importantly,if u ever had to face a situation like this,then only will u understand the pain after working so hard and getting rejected.
P.S- I appreciate u spreading good vibes but that ain’t enough,bud!

Maybe bhai, mujhe Google m milne jaise coding ati nhi. Lekin jo bola h ekdum sach h, ye Online Coding ka isbar aesa kar diya, nhi to everytime, 300 rank wale kickstart or Codejam m, call/mail aate e h, provided wo Resume round m shortlist ho jaye.

I have written this earlier on another post but since codechef banned that thread so I am writing this again.
Just promise ourselves that we would never do this kind of simping once we reach in the position of those simp guys. Only then something could be done. The ones who do this are not from any other planet, they are just like us. So, until and unless we don’t promise ourselves to stop it, this would continue.
