One of my friend (last year ) got a chance for PP interview(8 LPA INFOSYS) -

Questions asked - Coin change problem and zig zag traversal of BST nd some technologies.

now in another section one girl also got a chance for PP interview (8lpa INFOSYS) -

so how are u , fine sir.

Maybe they are trying to balance the years of gender inequality in tech by doing more gender inequality but this time for the other gender. So that this generation of young men would know how shit it makes someone feels like when they aren’t given a fair chance, or get rejected even when you are qualified. Isn’t this an “epic big brain time” moment by corporates :upside_down_face:. This move by tech giants is really fantastic, and I am being sarcastic :clown_face: :new_moon_with_face:
But at the same time while we express our frustration over unfair practices, let’s just keep in mind that it’s not any girl’s fault, it’s the messed up hiring policies of tech giants that’s the enemy here, I am pretty sure irrespective of the gender whoever is working hard when they see undeserving candidates getting selected they would be annoyed over it as well.
