Exactly. Here we are giving our best shot and not even getting chance to get interviewed, on the other hand some totally undeserving girls are getting jobs (I’m not saying all girls are undeserving).

I think most of the youtube videos which show Tier-3 guy/girl getting good package is like that only.
They should mention the HUGE luck factor that’s needed for getting a good job off-campus.

Biggest scam of this year, her college is not even tier-3 college, beware of all these peoples from similar college using tier-3 in their posts to gain attention, moreover she was hired from women drive, which obviously cuts down the competition, probably don’t even listen to her if you’re a girl, maybe you would not be as much lucky as she was.
