Does getting AC in two subtasks in two separate submissions get added?

If I got AC in subtask 1 in the first submission and AC in subtask 2 in second submission (WA in subtask 1) so would they be added or not??

Nope. Your code should give AC for both the Sub tasks in Single Submission.
The submissions are independent which means your previous submission has nothing to do with your next submission.
