i entered the contest but didnot submit any , does my rating decrease??
If you have not submitted any problem or run them, you won’t be counted as participant. No effect to rating.
If you have made atleast one submission then you become a participant and your rating difference will be calculated on the basis of your performance otherwise you just a spectator there will be no rating changes.
