Bro need a video editorial for CIRMERGE, it’s been 2-3 months I’ve been thinking over it i still don’t understand the codechef editorial.

Did you go through the Matrix Chain Multiplication Problem using DP and the Mixtures Problem from SPOJ? I’ve heard that CIRMERGE is just another problem that requires the same trick, but with an extra manipulation because the data structure represents the arrangement of data in a circle instead of a row. Hope this helps.
