Facing problem in debugging

Hello guys,
From past few submission i am not able to debug my codes. although approach used in other AC codes are exactly same. Looking for some help/ guidance(maybe some standard procedure). thank you

Some instances:

  1. Question: RRDAG
    My submission - TLE
    AC submission
  2. Question: MQUE
    My submission - TLE
    AC submission
  3. Question: Liquid X
    My submission - WA
    AC submission

Approach? Sure. Dumbest type of errors that you never bother to look at? Nope.
If you take a long time and cant find anything delete everything and start recoding. That helps.
