Anybody knows if fall for code 1.0 contest to be held today will be rated or not?

How to know if external contests are rated or not?

All the external rated contests are written as ContestName (rated for div2) or ContestName(rated).

If it would have been rated, then it is mentioned. Like Fall For Code 1.0(Rated). It was not rated.
