As users, we often look for seamless experiences when navigating through websites or applications. Recently, I encountered an issue in the AI Help section of a platform that I believe deserves attention for improvement.
In the AI Help section, there are options like “Find Error,” “Review Code,” and “Discussion” that provide valuable assistance. However, once you select any of these options, there’s no clear way to return to the previous page. The only available navigation option is clicking the settings icon, which isn’t the most intuitive way to go back.
This small design gap creates a break in the flow, especially for users who need to explore multiple features within the AI Help section. A simple back button could solve this issue, providing a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
Improving navigation may seem like a minor adjustment, but it can significantly impact the usability of the platform. Here’s hoping the team considers this feedback and makes enhancements that will benefit all users.
