PROBLEM:

Your car has X units of fuel, and has an efficiency of Y kilometers per liter.
Can you make a journey of 100 kilometers?

EXPLANATION:

Each unit of fuel allows us to travel Y kilometers.
So, X units of fuel will allow us to travel for X\cdot Y kilometers.

We need to travel 100 kilometers.
Thus, the answer is Yes if X\cdot Y \gt 100 and No otherwise.

TIME COMPLEXITY:

\mathcal{O}(1) per testcase.
