My issue

Hey i get correct output but while submission it shows failed why liked that?

My code

The logic is if the changes made is 0 then it will be off for 4 and on for 1,2,3 .
and if changes made is 1 and if k=2 then it will be on
and for all else case it will be Ambiguous.
