First why u need to pay here everyone is free to hlp each other…See Competitive programming aka CP is a mind sports like all other sports…U will only become good in this by practicing…Strt with basics question gradually move forward…If u will seriously practice well u will become better …for better reference I will prefer strt with hackerrank after feeling comfortable move to codechef.Nd one more important point not just only practice praticipate in contest also then only ur rating will increase.Best of luck
