I am doing cp since 1year and I am stuck at this rating .
please tell what all new topic or concepts should I learn to increase my rating .
People are dying figuring out how you are stuck.

Codeforces contests favour speed more than anything else. The first 4 problems in codeforces Div2 contests are not expected to rely on any advanced data structures or algorithms, as explained in this blog. And consistently solving 3-4 problems in every contest is enough to reach expert rating range. I think that AtCoder problems are a lot more interesting.
