Help with Round Robinson in C

I have been trying since two months for solving round robinson problem, but unfortunately I could not understand it’s logic.If I will get logic then I will try further to solve it.

Your question does not seem very clear. Do you need help in understanding Round Robin or Do you have a code which you don’t understand?

Actually i don’t need this code.I want to know the solving technique.If i know the right way then I will try it myself to solve this problem.
