How can I become a Regular in CodeChef Discuss?

I was thinking since the previous months to make a post about this. So here it is:

Firstly, Regulars have a lot of benefits in the Discuss Forum. Its great to know all of them. The benefits are specified here.

But there are certain things you need to achieve to become a regular. Those things which will help you become a regular and gain at least some reputation(regulars have good reputation, I am not joking) are mentioned here.
