you can get certificate without completing pro question…
to earn certificate,youmust complete till progress bar gets filled (approx 75%)

and what if the without pro question only complete till 50 % i had completed and still didn’t get that

No, you cannot get a certificate without paying for the pro version. You have to complete at least 75% of the bar. Without paying, you can only fill up to 58% of the line. HackerRank is the best platform that administers tests to issue certificates.
