How identify the cheating please correct my profile while am not cheated in the contest.

Today, I have been flagged for cheating in starters 158. But this was not due to any cheating on my part, but someone else may arrive at the same logic for solving the problem. You can review all three submitted codes, given the nature and difficulty level of the question.
