How can I increase my rating ?? It’s been decreasing even I’m solving the problems ?!!
You need to take part in a rated contest.
This means Long Challenges, Cook-offs and Lunchtime. Also, external rated contests.
Solving practice problems will affect ratings.

Solving problems doesn’t mean that your rating will always increase, it depends on you’re rank in the contest.

It will not affect ratings. You need to take part in contest and solve problems according to the performance of others of similar rating to increase rating
