How to be get allowed to upload a problem to codechef?

when i went to upload a problem to codechef the page shows an error which says that i does not allowed to do so.
please say me what i do to solve this problem?t

@baibhav1234567 . You need to propose the idea here - Problem Idea Submission | CodeChef. You will then get access to be a problem setter once your problem idea is okayed
