If a person can easily solve the problem of a 1000 rating and can only approach the problem of a 1500 rating but can’t be able to solve it.

Then how could he increase his ability to solve problems with a 1500 rating like he can solve problems with a 1000 rating?

1500 rating level can be achieved easily by practice of a couple of months
