I attempted for a test, got blocked for false reason

I attempted for a test, and I have a habit of pressing ctrl + s. So, in the middle of the test I pressed twice and later for a failing test case I clicked on clickable link and it opened in new window and I got blocked. All of these was unintentional.

What can I do further to return to test questions?

It is also possible that there is any glitch in that period of time and i think now you cant start
it from there where it is on the way you wants to reatempt it.
