I have been wrongly penalized by codechef this is very unfair i need my rating back , i don’t know whose code matched with my code and provided link there is not matching even 90% code ,
Do not post this on discuss. Reply to the email and your appeal will be considered. I also got an email a month ago because I used atcoder library and another Japanese user did too. I pointed out that it was publicly available before the contest and they dropped the charges.
