I have an interesting(I believe) question. Unfortunately, I am 2 starred and the requirements for problem setting is 4 stars. Is there any way I can send my question?
even I apply for problem setter…they just can’t mail me back

YOU MUST BE 4 STARS OR ABOVE i.e BELONGING TO DIV 1
I WILL TELL YOU THE REST AFTER YOU GET INTO div 1 (1800+ RATING)
I think that restriction either doesn’t apply anymore ( I have seen some problems by people rated 3 stars in some longs ) or only applies if you want to be a full time problem setter.
You can submit a new problem here.
They do ask for your id but I don’t think they will reject responses here based on rating.
Let us know what happens or if you have already tried submitting there.

it doesn’t take much time to get to div1 if u r good at coding
this restriction is might be there to cut down large num of people applying to be prob setter
and jst an interesting ques is not enough
this is not a riddle
u shld know what are tackle edge cases, how people may exploit any loop hole, think if any better way is possible, decide time limit and much more
So if u can do all these stuffs then i guess making to div1 shld not take more than 2-3 months
