Many of the first ranked teams of their colleges have been rejected and 2nd ranked teams of respective colleges are selected.

Codechef didn’t send your team name to RCD’S.

Since the first problem - Discount in a shop - has been a cakewalk problem many teams applied brute force method to get AC, the actual code was about 4-5 lines many teams had the same implementation resulted in plagiarism by MOSS.
