If two teams from same Institute give their institute’s name in different form , say “Indian Institute of Technology Delhi” and “IIT Delhi” . Will they be differentiated when choosing the top team from each college ?
No, it won’t matter in the final list.

This doesn’t happen since college name is entered by mentor it’s same for all teams of college.
