I paid for ICPC Amritapuri Registration fees yesterday. But due to some error, transaction declined message appeared on the screen and no money was deducted. Hence I repaid the amount for the same, using my teammate’s account. Second transaction was successful. Now next day (today), I got a message in the morning that the amount is successfully debited from my account. Is there a way by which I could report or ask for refund? Or by any chance due to double payment for same team name one of it would be refunded by them automatically? Help please
PS: I have the reference ID of the transaction.
