The registration has started only for Amritapuri Regionals.
You need to create an individual account at https://icpc.global/.
Your teammates also need to create an individual account here. Then one of your College/University Professor need to create an account and make a team representing your college with you and your teammates. Your college professor will act as a coach whose only role is to make a team.
