Gwalior region contest dates are 14-15 dec. But my college end-sem exam is on 14, 9:30-12:30, so is it compulsary to be at centre on 14 or can we skip 14 to be there at 15 coz main exam is supposed to be on 15.

Let me check my sem dates as well. I am in feae now lol.
Last time it was not compulsory to attend 1 day before afaik (I was in same site).
But you should not rely on answer from discuss.
You should ask to authority from gwalior/Pune. There will be a serious issue for you if they change rules this time. So why not take extra precautions and ask them directly ?
