I have solved over 100 problems on CodeChef ( 106 to be precise ) but it shows only 99 on my profile. You can count, it will be well over 100 but it still shows 99, what’s the problem?

You have solved 107 unique problems by now (1 was solved twice, both in contest and practice). Maybe it was the System updating slowly? Feel free to reply if the problem persists.
It’s good now, system took like 5 to 6 hours to update. I appreciate the response.
