i wrote 2 codes in starter 180 it should atleast some increase in rating ,how can i get -540 without any reason.please reverify and give correct rating

see in my profile my first contest rating was 1593,on second contest without any reason it was -520, but highest rating in profile is 1684,so,it is a glitch on my profile, please review and increase my rating, please consider my consent also a small logic if i get cheat it is 275,how can i get -520 for attempting 2 questions
