@admin

5500+ contestants got an AC in at least one problem. So there may be more number of participants who attempted at least once. I think this Cook-off had the highest number of such participants. Coronavirus effect?

Ya bro. (Almost) Everyone is staying at home. So, they had free time, thus they did the cook off. Even March Lunch Time will have a high count.

Yes, I am 100% agree with you. Because of more participant my ranking is quite bad for this contest. Surely, my rating will decrease.

Its not just codechef, it’s happening everywhere. Last codeforces contest had 2.5k+ submission on a Div 2 D and 500+ on Div 2 E.

I solved two problems today and still ranked 200+🤦🏻‍♂️

Kickstart today had 14k approx participants.

Let’s just hope, everyone remains safe in this chaos :slightly_frowning_face:

Why Junior rating is not updated for me ?
@admin @vijju123

Send an email to help@codechef.com.
There is some issue with your Institution Type.

So all those who have given their institute as NIOS , their junior rating is not even changing ??
NIOS ( national institute of open schooling ) is a school type

As you have told I have mailed them

Pls change this
Thanks
