Is 2 member team possible for ICPC

Hi guys, I want to ask that whether 2 member team possible for ICPC, can i participate in ICPC with just only 2 members(me and 1 more), for both, online as well as onsite round? OR exactly 3 required.
1 more thing i want to ask is that, is Coach presence require in onsite round?

I too want to know whether individual team is allowed or not?

No presence of coach is not required on onsite. Also, for 3 member team add dummy name of any person for criteria,we did this in 2nd year.I guess its not mandatory that all 3 team-mates should be present for onsite round.
