I generally practice Codechef questions like this., I select some old contest (mostly at random) and create it’s virtual contest in vjudge and solve the contest. After I finish the contest there I will come to codechef and resubmit my solutions here.
But as the solution submitted by vjudge account and my account are same I got this doubt whether this also comes under palgiarism ?

Plagiarism check is done only when you make a submission during an ongoing contest.

No, as you are doing it during practice. If done in a live contest will obviously result in plagiarism.
