Issues with Codechef junior ratings

Hi, I wanted to highlight some of the issues with CodeChef junior rating, I request @admin to kindly look into these.

  1. Junior ratings haven’t been updated for January Cook-Off.
  2. The Junior Global rank and Global rank have the same value.

  1. utkarshg25 has a junior rating of 1653 but for some reason, he’s currently India rank-1.
