sir i would like to know only a test case exists in which answer is YES if sum of all bi is less then 100 n answer is NO IF SUM IS GREATER THAN 100
I don’t think that somebody will give you test cases with corner cases!
but it cannot be possible because A alaways sum to 100
you cannot ask for help during the contest! wait for it to get over

Hey,@rio_anosterjo, I think you can get some hint from this line
“This statistics is called valid if sum of all Ai is equal to 100.”
Test cases are also giving hints.
