It should not be unrated for div-2 as no one in div 2 was able to solve problem EQMD .So it is just like we have 4 problems in july lunctime XD .

THIS IS POINTLESS
I SEE 100 SUBMISSIONS ON THAT PROBLEM IN DIV2
HOW CAN YOU GUYS ARGUE THAT IT SHOULDN’T BE UNRATED BECAUSE NO ONE SOLVED IT.
No one solved it because tests were incorrect.
How can someone get AC when test files are incorrect unless their solution is also incorrect.
Even div1 has only 2 AC submissions and hence it Should be rated for rest of them ? Except 2 people in div1 ? Wtf !!
Enough of people giving this argument.
Stop giving wrong arguments now. I am getting really annoyed.
If you want to keep it rated for div2. I am fine. Just don’t give wrong excuses. Saw many people giving this argument.
Now my counter argument will be :
It should be rated for div1 as people did same mistake as author in div1.
It should be UNRATED for div2 because no one did same mistake (meaning all 100 solutions were correct in div2)
And ik you will be like “wtf !!”
PS: they are keeping it UNRATED because people having correct solution were getting wrong answers. And not because some people got AC even after having wrong solution.
