The July Lunchtime contest has been made unrated for Div2 or not?
Because neither there are any changes in the rating nor anything in the announcements!!

Lack of sleep is the reason for these words , Go get some sleep bro , and yes they keep it rated for div 2.
The current long challenge on hackerearth is a huge mess. Leaderboard is broken, problems disappear, comments disappear, no communication.
