Well the ratings were rolled back for few minutes which created this havoc

It might would have happened due to some glitch while checking for plagiarism (I am not sure if they are even checking for plagiarism right now, just a guess).

Yes…they are taking step fast this time. I just saw rejected submissions of people in March, April and May…faster than usual.
My Rank has improved a bit in March Long.

No, I don’t think it is a bug. Plag Check happened yesterday… so they must have dropped points of all those who plagiarized.
