i am stuck between 4 and 3. did they just took step to keep long challenges unrated so fast 
Most probably ratings are being recalculated, it would be fixed within an hour.
If you have dropped from Div 1 to Div 2, I would suggest you to not submit in Div 2 and vice-versa

Since your ratings have been dropped temporarily. Wait for some time for it to revert back to normal.
