I participated in the International Coding Marathon held on the 16th of February 2020.

The contest was rated and Top 10 Indian participants were to be rewarded with 300 Laddus. I hold a global rank of 17 and I come under the top 10 Indian participants.
I am not rewarded with the laddus till yet. It’s been 4 months already since the contest end and I am not able to understand why it is taking so long. Do they delay the laddus usually?
I have even mailed on laddus@codechef.com but the team gives the same reply that it will take a week. They are giving the same reply since May 2020.
