I was in top 60 in codechef lunchtime, but didn’t get any mail from codenation.
This time I would like to request you to let us know a fix number(like top 20 etc.) who will be selected for further rounds so that I could set a target and try to perform better.

Codechef does not decide what would be the cutoff. Its decided by the Codenation team depending on the number of people they require.
We do not have a pre-defined criteria for this, but it’s always good to set higher targets! Talking about Codenation’s hiring drive - you should be hearing from them soon. It takes time for CodeChef’s team and the recruiters to process the data and start approaching the shortlisted programmers.
